COMPLIMENTARY:
Next day Breakfast at Paragon Restaurant, Gym, Swimming pool with appropriate attire, Jacuzzi, Kids Pool, Outdoor Kids Play Zone, Indoor Game Zone, Wi-Fi & two bottles of 500 ml drinking water.

CHILD POLICY:
Extra breakfast will be charged to children above 05 years old, and an extra bed will apply to children above 10 years old. Extra bed with breakfast BDT 2,000/. Extra breakfast above 05 years to below 10 years BDT 600/- and above 10 years BDT 800/-.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Our check-in time is 1400 hours & check-out time is 12 Noon.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
We recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night if the arrival is early in the morning and the room is required immediately. Before 0800 hours, check-in must be charged full day, and between 0800 hours to 1000 hours, check-in must be charged half day (subject to availability).

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Late check-out before 1400 hours will be a quarter-day charge, 1800 hours will be a half-day charge and after 1800 hours will be a full-day charge (subject to availability).

EXTENSION POLICY:
The extension of stay has to be requested within 12 hours before check out and acceptance is based upon availability.

GUARANTEE POLICY:
Without advance or credit card authorization no reservations are guaranteed. The hotel authority has the complete right to cancel the non-guaranteed reservation at any time without prior notice. Please note 50% Advance required for Guaranteed Reservation.

REFUND POLICY:
After payment, we don’t refund any amount of money. Guests can postpone the reservation for 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Amendments in arrival dates and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a Full retention charge and must be mended/canceled via the source of booking. In case of a no-show, a Full Charge is applicable.

GENERAL POLICY:
Request for specific bed types will be accommodated based on the reservation and availability.

SMOKING POLICY:
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas inside the resort. There is a charge of BDT 10,000.00 for Smoking in a non-smoking room/area as a penalty for deodorization treatment.

FOOD FROM OUTSIDE:
Resort policy does not permit our resident guests to bring food & beverages from outside for consumption within the resort premises.• Alcohol, Drugs, and Firearms are strictly prohibited. Contact the front desk for further assistance.

WATCH AROUND WATER:
Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who stays in the pool within arm’s reach of the child at all times. All children between 5 – 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian over 16 years of age.

LOST PROPERTY:
No responsibility will be taken for any belonging brought into or left at the premises at any time. The use of lockers is highly recommended. Unclaimed lost property will be donated to a local charity after 1 month. Thank you for your co-operation. We hope you enjoy your visit to Paragon Hotel & Resort!

PROHIBITED:

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
  • Kids birth certificates are requested to carry proof of identity at the time of Check-In.
  • As per government guidelines, all “Resident Guests” are requested to carry proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity for foreigners is the passport plus a “Resident Permit” in case of residency. For Bangladeshi Nationals it can be any Bangladesh Government-issued ID card with a residence address i.e. Driving License, National ID Card, and Passport.
  • No video blogging would be allowed in the resort and swimming pool including drone shot without written consent from the hotel authority.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in our property.
  • We request the guest to carry this confirmation letter at the time of check-in.
  • The Resort has only Basic First Aid Service Staff on duty, any Medical Emergency needs to go to the Hospital. The Resort takes no responsibility or liability for any life-threatening Medical Situations. We don’t provide Medication. SECURITY CAMERAS, PHOTOS, AND FILMING The premises have surveillance cameras operating at all times which may be used for security and investigation purposes.
  • The use of recording devices and cameras for commercial use is prohibited in all areas unless pre-approved by the Authority of the Resort. The use of these devices by the public is not allowed in or around any changing area. Customers may be filmed or photographed while in the facility. If the images are to be used for marketing purposes, consent will be sought where customers are identifiable.
